Express Urgent Care has one location, on Woodson Road beside St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Everything happens in that building: the walk-in clinic, the laboratory, digital X-ray and diagnostic imaging, and the infusion suite. There is free surface parking directly outside the entrance, the building is wheelchair accessible throughout, and no appointment is needed at any time we are open.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Walk in during any of those hours; there is no appointment system to work around and no referral required.
Finding us
We are on Woodson Road just south of the Lambert terminal, a short distance off both Interstate 70 and Interstate 170. Coming from the north, exit I-70 at Lambert and turn south. Coming from the south, Woodson Road runs directly up through Overland and St. John to our door. From the west, St. Charles Rock Road through St. Ann brings you in without touching a highway. Suite 290 is signed from the parking area.
